What types of services do you offer?

We provide a full range of wellness services including spa treatments, float therapy, traditional and infrared saunas, hydrotherapy, massages, physical therapy, dry needling, body work, facials, foot detoxing, functional diagnostic nutrition, and professional mental health counseling.

How does float therapy work?

Float therapy, also known as sensory deprivation therapy, allows you to relax in a specialized float tank room filled with magnum salt water. The experience helps reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and promote deep mental and physical relaxation.

What do I need to wear for float therapy?

Float therapy takes place in your own private float tank room. Swimsuits are optional—you can wear one if you prefer, or float without, whatever makes you most comfortable.

Do you have mental health services available?

Yes, we have 4 therapists on staff who provide mental health counseling for both children and adults to support emotional well-being alongside physical wellness services.

Do you provide personalized wellness plans?

Absolutely! Our team offers functional diagnostic nutrition coaching and customized body work programs to support your specific needs, whether you’re focusing on pain relief, relaxation, or overall wellness.
